Tina Bull

An experienced TVC director and former Creative Director of English & Pockett, a top advertising/design company based in London. Tina Bull honed her skills producing high-end brand identities for a broad range of media and entertainment services and as a result won worldwide Promax Gold Awards 4 years consecutively.

Originally hailing from an arts, design and animation background, Tina studied a BA(hons) in Graphic Design at Bath Art College. Tina then began her working career on title sequences for the BBC and CH4. This hands on design approach meant that she was responsible for all aspects of the job from conception through to compositing resulting in an in depth knowledge of all aspects of Post-production. This ability to cross her intricate design skills with performance saw Tina’s work rapidly move into the commercial world.

The work Tina does in the pre-production stage is vital as each project is carefully visualised and used as a key template throughout the project. Tina is advanced in FinalCut Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Quantel- Hal, Harriet and Paintbox. These skills have also given Tina the opportunity to be a guest speaker at the New Orleans Promax/BDA design conference.

She is known for her ability to bring a fresh innovative perspective to her treatments. Her sensitive, intuitive approach to character development produces strong, emotive performance-based work. In addition each shot is designed and creatively art directed to produce beautifully composed visual pieces. Tina’s work has been well received internationally with multiple accolades, including D&AD, BDA and Gold Promax Awards. Tina has completed numerous campaigns for such diverse international clients including British Airways, P&G, Bendigo Bank, Unilever, Nestle, Yamaha Neurogena and the Australian Broadcasting Corporation.
